 recognizing this special time and enjoy a fun, active evening together.Fam
 ilies and community members are encouraged to join the library, Bismarck-B
 urleigh Public Health, the Bismarck Police Department, and Sanford Childre
 n's Hospital for an evening bike ride to the Capitol. Meet at the Lib
 rary Plaza at 6pm for safety rules and expectations. BPD Safety Escort wil
 l lead us at 6:10pm to the Capitol and back.Riders of all ages are welcome
 . Helmets are encouraged to keep everyone safe, especially children. Famil
 ies are encouraged to monitor children’s riding to ensure a safe experie
 nce for all.
