Join Menge Kelsey, Associate Professor of Speech at Bismarck State College, and Caity Horne, Bismarck Police Department, to learn about scams targeting immigrants, social media safety, cyberbullying, and other digital safety topics. This workshop is designed for New American youth and families and is for sixth through twelfth graders, young adults, and their parents and caregivers.
