Library meeting rooms and study rooms are available to individuals, organizations, or groups on an equal-access, content-neutral, space-available basis, subject to compliance with library policies.
Meeting Rooms - All meeting room reservations are subject to review and approval by library staff. Contact the library at 701-355-1484 with questions about meeting rooms or to make a reservation by phone.
Meeting Room Fees:
Non-profits: Room A - $20.00 per four hours; Rooms B & C - $10 per four hours.
For-profits: Room A - $125 per four hours; Rooms B & C - $75 per four hours
Study Rooms - Single occupant and group study rooms are free of charge for public use. One reservation may be made per user per day for a period of up to four hours. Contact the Adult Information Desk at 701-355-1480 with questions or to reserve a study room by phone.
