Program Description

Event Details

The holidays are the perfect time to learn about family history.  Join us on Friday, November 29 to celebrate the National Day of Listening, a day dedicated to encouraging individuals to pause and listen to the stories and experiences of those around them.  Attendees will gain hands-on experience exploring their family history using Ancestry.com and other online resources, learn how to conduct a family history interview, and begin creating a family tree.

Space is limited and registration is required.  Register online or call 701-355-1489 or stop by the Children's Information Desk to register. Registration begins Friday, November 8. Teens are welcome to bring one adult to attend the class with them.  Please let us know if an adult will be joining the teen when registering.
