Discover the wonder of birds with Flight Path at the Children’s Library! From migration stories and crafts to outdoor birdwatching and a creative bookmark contest, these activities invite families to learn, explore, and celebrate our feathered friends together.

MIGRATION DISCOVERY
Monday, October 6, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Discover the world of birds and their remarkable migration journeys with a special PBS Kids screening and a fun craft in the Story Room.

FAMILY BIRD WALK
Thursday, October 9, from 3:45pm to 5:00pm
Meet in the Story Room for a brief overview of birdwatching skills. We will use those skills as we walk together to the Capitol grounds and back to the library, looking for our local birds along the way. Registration is required.

BOOKMARK CONTEST
September 22 through October 19
The Friends of the Bismarck Public Library are asking YOU to help them create new  bookmark designs using the theme of birds and nature!
