Learn the basic functions of Microsoft Excel and the computer keyboard. This class will give students the basic knowledge in order to create, edit, save, and print a workbook in Excel.

Join Painter Nicole for a laid-back acrylic on canvas class inspired by the golden glow of sunflowers and the bold brushstrokes of Vincent Van Gogh. Teens will learn to capture the warmth of autumn in a vibrant and expressive style.

Enjoy a free family movie in the story room. Movie days coincide with days off at Bismarck Public Schools. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by a caregiver age 12+.

Beginner to advanced players are welcome to join the Library Mah-Jongg Group. If you have never played before, come observe how the game is played, and ask questions. We also have books on how to play and online recommendations.

Join Sherry Schatz from Start to Finish Sewing Company for an introduction to the craft of crochet. She will guide young crafters in learning about basic stitches and tools. Yarn and hooks will be available to use.

Children ages 10+ meet to build with LEGO bricks. Junior Makers ages 5-9 are welcome with a caregiver aged 12+. The Library has a collection of LEGO bricks and minifigures for children to use. Please leave your own at home.

Bring the family for an evening of musical fun. This program for young children and their families, facilitated by Boram Chern, Bachelor of Music Therapy, from Matilda Studio, provides a great way to introduce and celebrate music.

Do you love jigsaw puzzles? We’ll have a wide variety of puzzles available for use, suitable for all ages, or you can bring your own to swap with others. Stop in to work on puzzles and meet fellow puzzle enthusiasts.
