Join Northern Plains Dance for a beginner Pilates class for teens. Pilates has numerous physical and mental benefits. It can improve your posture, balance, coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, and core strength, and it’s fun! This class is perfect for teens who haven’t tried Pilates before or who want a refresher.  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.  Some yoga mats will be available to use for those who do not have one.

6th-12th graders are welcome to attend.
