Through songs, play, and conversation, the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library and the Bismarck Adult Learning Center will help community members learn and practice English together with their young children.

Community Options will be on-site at the library to provide information about their services. Meet with trained staff, learn more about Family Services and eligibility requirements, and get all your questions answered!

Reader's Voice Book Discussion group meets at 7:00pm on the first Tuesday of each month from September to May (excluding January) in the library's Missouri River Room. Everyone is welcome, and there is no charge to attend.
